Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your North Pole apparel and accessories, so if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and include their original tags to remain eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all official Elf on the Shelf tags and labels are attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our North Pole team inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
